About Lowen Certified
Lowen Certified is a graphic installation training and certification program designed by Lowen Corporation and 3M to give individual graphic installers a portable, industry recognized certification that proves they have taken and passed the industry's most demanding graphic installation testing.
Our world-class Lowen Training and Certification Center is located in Hutchinson, KS. This 19,000 sq.ft. facility features hands-on training stations for vinyl installation in all applications as well as classroom training covering all manner of vinyl installation techniques.

Ray Carlson Operations Supervisor
Lowen Certified, 3M Preferred Graphics Installer. Ray has been with Lowen Color Graphics for 22 years and has worked here at Lowen Certified since we opened. His encyclopedic knowledge of the wrapping industry and years of hands on experience as both a Lowen Certified and 3M Preferred Graphics Installer make him the perfect trainer to take your skills to the next level.
Alex Stillwell Master Trainer
Lowen Certified, 3M Preferred Graphics Installer. Alex has been with Lowen Certified for 10 years. He started here right out of college, where he studied Communications. He enjoys teaching the 3M Certification Course and meeting the students that come from all over the world. When he is not working here at the wrap shop he is doing expert on-site graphics installations with the rest of the Lowen Certified crew.
Russ Stewart Master Trainer
Lowen Certified, 3M Preferred Graphics Installer. Russ returns to Lowen Certified in 2022 after previously working here from 2014-2019.
