Return Policy Terms & Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, simply return it within 30 days of your purchase date to Lowen Certified and receive a 100% refund of the purchase price of the returned product. The product must be in pristine and resalable condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

If the product return is the result of a Lowen Certified error, we will issue you a “UPS call tag” via email to print out and apply to the returned product shipping packaging for pick up.

Return Procedure

Contact Wes Lowen by telephone at 620-665-2863 or email at devins@lowen.com to obtain a return authorization number.

Please be prepared to provide the following information during your phone call or in your email:
  • Company name
  • Product part number or description of product being returned
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Your contact phone number where we may reach you
Please advise if you wish to have a product exchange or if we provide you a refund to your credit card used for the purchase. Do to security reasons, we do not keep credit card information on hand after the order has invoiced.
